Terms

• An automatic email will be sent to you immediately after you place your order.
• Allow 1-2 business days for us to review and process your order.
• A paid invoice will be emailed to you once we process your order. 

• Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make a change to your order.
• Cancellations of orders already in production will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• If your order has already been embroidered or embellished in any manner, a cancellation will not be granted. 

RETURNS

• We do not accept any returns on embroidered or altered products. Please contact us if there is a defect in your product for assistance. Unaltered scrub pants may be returned within 30 days for a credit or style exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping to Stitch Logo. We do not send out call tags or return labels.
